The Everyday Life Stories Challenge is the challenge I designed for myself and took in order to get over my fear of the camera and talking aloud in general. It's free and easy - no catch. With this challenge, you'll start dropping your camera shyness (fear of the camera) and start formulating your own message naturally while having fun.

The Challenge - What is it!?
Pick a platform like Snapchat or Instagram stories and post about an everyday 'mundane' life activity or topic just a few seconds or minutes/day for 30 days! It can be watering your plants, taking out the garbage, just saying hello, going grocery shopping, brushing your cat, or making your favorite lunch dish. The idea is to post mundane moments but to also use your own voice to talk about them whether you have the camera turned towards you or not! Don't forget to speak aloud and use your voice. This is part of what I call the active voice therapy. : )
Who should take this challenge?
Does this sound like you? You want to build appreciation for yourself (perhaps someone or something feels to have stolen it along the way). You want to develop or better develop your message and or reach your (an) audience that you can help to grow too!
Maybe you've been thinking about trying something new for a long time or have already sincerely been trying but the things that are out there just haven't really worked for you just yet. If the typical courses of action for getting motivated, starting your organization or 'getting it together' just haven't worked for you so far, it just might be time for a delightfully different approach... one filled with joy, play and heartfelt self discovery.
